1. Our Build-First Model
HiveSites AI designs and develops a website or web application for you based on requirements, content, branding, style, and functionality agreed upon before development begins (the "Project Scope"). There is no development fee charged while the initial version of your Project is being built. Once the initial version is complete, you will review it and may choose to (a) approve it and begin a paid monthly subscription, or (b) decline to proceed, in which case you owe no development fee for the work completed within the agreed Project Scope.
2. Scope & Revisions
The build-first model applies to development performed within the agreed Project Scope. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope, or substantial changes in direction after development has started, may be treated as a new phase of work and may be subject to a separate agreement or fee, which will be communicated before any additional work begins.
3. Monthly Subscription
Once you approve your Project, continued hosting, maintenance, technical support, and availability of your website are provided under a monthly subscription plan. Subscription pricing depends on the plan selected for your Project and is disclosed to you before you commit.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription. The specific cancellation process, notice period, and effect on your website's continued availability will be detailed in your individual service agreement. 5. Ownership
Your business content, branding, and materials you provide remain yours. 6. Domains, Hosting & Third-Party Services

HiveSites AI builds websites to a professional standard based on the agreed Project Scope, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, lead volume, or revenue.
