Service agreement

We spell out exactly what the monthly fee covers and what counts as extra work — so you always know before anything is built.
Standard monthly service includes
- Managed hosting with SSL certificates
- Security monitoring and patches
- Uptime monitoring and daily backups
- Infrastructure and databases (web applications)
- One hour of update time per month (small copy edits, content changes, tweaks)
- Support through your client dashboard
Billable add-ons (always quoted before work begins)
- New pages or new website sections
- Redesigns or significant layout changes
- Content writing beyond small edits
- New features or third-party integrations
- Update time beyond the included monthly hour
- Custom development (apps, portals, automation)
Build phase — revision rounds
- Each preview includes 2 revision rounds (one round = a set of changes you request on one preview).
- Requests beyond the 2 included rounds are recorded, and our team confirms scope and any cost with you before doing the work.
- We always tell you — before doing anything — if a request falls outside the agreed scope.
Terms
- Static websites: month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no fee.
- Web applications and e-commerce: once you approve and launch, a 6-month minimum term, then month-to-month. Before launch you can walk away and owe nothing for the build.
- You own your website's content and design. On cancellation we provide an export.
- After cancellation, the production site is taken down after a 30-day grace period.
How the included update hour works
- Your monthly plan includes 60 minutes of update time per calendar month.
- Update time covers small changes: copy edits, image swaps, menu changes, minor styling.
- Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
- Your dashboard shows your remaining time; our team logs time against the same counter.
Every project's exact scope and pricing are agreed in writing before launch. If anything above doesn't match your project's agreement, the written agreement wins.
